As part of our ongoing working relationship with Park IT we were asked to design a bespoke card that would be given to customers as both a receipt and act as a reminder card when using the airports car parking services.
The brief was for the card to be business card size, with extra consideration regarding print quality and card durability. In addition to this the design of the card had to be simple, clear and epitomise the Gatwick airport branding.
As can be seen from the imagery above, KIJO produced a design that was both bold and clear. The use of the branding colour pallet mixed with a clean white creates a fresh contrast and ensures that the information is prominent and legible. The cards were printed on 400gsm card with a vinyl finish, this resulted in a card that would survive the inevitable wear and tear in a customers pocket, until their eventual return to collect their vehicle.
Through the use of our in-house graphic design skills, a key part of the customer experience journey has been refreshed and revitalised.
